YTV's Hit List was a music video television program that aired on YTV, a Canadian specialty television network aimed at children. The series first started in 1991, hosted by Tarzan Dan and had 14 seasons in all. The first 6 seasons of Hit List were hosted by Tarzan Dan, there were numerous hosts to follow from Aashna, Leslie and Exan to Rob and Danielle. As of fall 2005, Hit List has gone on an indefinite hiatus. Hit List's run lasted 14 years on YTV. Only Video & Arcade Top 10 has had a longer run on YTV. Tarzan Dan worked on the radio in Toronto and was nominated for Canadian Radio Announcer of the Year 5 times and won 4. He was also nominated for a Gemini Award for his YTV work and Best TV Host of a Music Based Show at the Canadian Music Industry Awards. He has most recently been seen on MuchMoreMusic on the show Listed. Danielle McGimsie and Rob Fournier, were the last people to host the Hit List. Danielle is now an entertainment reporter for ETalk on the Canadian CTV Network, and was the host of HypaSpace on the SPACE Channel. Hit List was known for breaking many groups in Canada. Backstreet Boys performed on the YTV Achievement Awards one year. The Ex List is an American comedy-drama television series based on the Israeli series The Mythological X created and written by Sigal Avin. The Americanized version, developed by Diane Ruggiero and produced by Fox Television Studios, premiered on CBS on October 3, 2008. Avin and Ruggiero acted as executive producers with Jonathan Levin, Avi Nir, and Mosh Danon. The series aired on Global in Canada and on Canal Fox on Latin America. The show was short lived due to grim ratings and reviews, and lasted less than a month, with less than half of the produced episodes airing.
Rick's List was a news and commentary program on CNN hosted by Rick Sanchez. The show aired weekdays from 3 to 5 PM EST. It first aired on Monday, January 18, 2010, when Sanchez's one-hour segment of CNN Newsroom was lengthened to two hours and given its own title, and The Situation Room with Wolf Blitzer was moved one hour later. Its last broadcast was on Friday, October 1, 2010 when CNN fired Sanchez over controversial comments made on a radio show. As with Sanchez's previous broadcast, Rick's List focuses on using social networking including Twitter to create a "national conversation" about the news. One continuing segment was called "The List U Don't Want 2 Be On," in which he criticizes others' actions and comments.

The Money List is a revival of the American version of The Rich List, which lasted just one episode in its original American run. The game show premiered on June 13, 2009 on GSN with Fred Roggin serving as host. It is produced by 12 Yard. Pilot episodes were taped in London between August 27 and 30, 2008 on the set of the British version, Who Dares Wins. The rules and format are the same as the show which aired on Fox, but the top prize is $50,000, the same top prize amount used in the New Zealand and British versions. The Money List is the first GSN original in the network's 15-year history to feature returning champions, a fact which received unanimous praise from critics. It is unknown if the show will continue since the show has been removed from GSN's website. However, the first three episodes are currently displayed on the GSN video page. The online game is also still displayed and playable.
The Rich List is an Australian game show which is based on the format initially created for transmission in the United Kingdom created by 12 Yard. The game consists of two teams who name as many items relating to a topic as they can while competing against each other for a no-limit cash prize. For its first season, it was shown on Monday nights at 7:30 pm on the Seven Network but initially moved to Saturday nights in the same timeslot for the second season, before being put on hiatus and returning to its original season-one timeslot. The show premiered in its regular Monday timeslot on 29 January 2007 at 7:30 pm and continued with a special episode on 30 January to give people a chance to watch the show who opted to watch Steve Irwin's last documentary Ocean's Deadliest which went up against The Rich List on Monday the 29th on the rival station, the Nine Network. The show is recorded at the Melbourne Central City Studios. This version follows the basic rules of other versions of the show. The program is hosted by the Deal or No Deal host Andrew O'Keefe. The pilot episode was taped on 18 October 2006. The show began taping episodes for air on 11 December 2006 and auditions for contestants for the show continue.
